In the early 1400's the Colhua-Mexica, Mexica, and Tenochca tribes migrated into the Valley of Mexico which is present day Mexico City(World Book 1004). The valley was about 7,000 feet above sea level and covered, for the most part, by water(World Book 1006). These three tribes united as the Aztec Empire following several concerted victories over neighboring tribes. Arts and culture
As weaving was unknown in the old days, tapa cloth was made by women from the bark of the paper mulberry, breadfruit, and banyan trees.
The boughs were soaked in a river for several days, the outer bark then stripped off and the inner bark separated from it. The softened inner bark was placed on a block of wood and beaten with a mallet. When the tapa was of a uniform thickness it was dried in the sun and dyed. Floral or geometric patterns were printed or painted on.

The other part is made up of mountains. Where conditions do depend allot on elevation in this region. The fourth Climatic region is a thin strip of land that extends from Southern Alaska to Southern California. Its almost rainless summers make up for the mild wet winters. Ellis Island
.... hardly ever used the island. Sometimes the Army assigned recruits there.In 1835 the Navy opened a weapon head quarters on the island. The navy continued to store weapons on the island until May 24, 1890 when it moved it's storage place for arms. Shortly after this Ellis Island was turned into an immigration center by the federal government.
The change of Ellis Island into an immigration center took major construction. A channel had to be dug to receive ferry boats, new docks and buildings had to be built.

Violence In Algeria
.... sin at all. Days, weeks, years passed, but the brutal killings didn't stop.
These massacres caused a growing concern for everyone. Many people left the country to run away from death. The victims are usually the innocent villagers. Among those who get attacked, there are very few survivors. They complain about their protection. The survivors complain that the security forces, which are often stationed nearby, haven't intervened to stop the massacre and did not come to the scene place, till the next morning. Ghana

An ideal location is what led the Ghanaians to be so prosperous. They grew very wealthy from their control of the southern gold fields, and even wealthier from tax collected on traded goods. The people in the gold fields of Wangara happily traded their gold for salt since they needed the salt to preserve and flavor food. Salt also helped replace the salt lost from the body through perspiration. Outside traders found gold extremely valuable for use as money and in jewelry. One last natural resource that the Ghanaians had was iron. Iron allowed them to make stronger and longer lasting tools and weapons .....
