.... are common. Black and white rhinoceroses were reintroduced successfully after having been wiped out by hunting early in the 20th century. A fence around the perimeter of the park reduces poaching (illegal hunting) of wildlife. It also protects domestic animals outside the park from the spread of wildlife diseases by restricting animal movement. A certain number of elephants, buffalo, and hippopotamuses are killed each year, in order to stabilize animal populations, prevent overgrazing, and generate funds for park maintenance. Growing population and agricultural development west of the park have increased pollution in most of the .....

Ireland, History And Nature
.... as you did just a few minutes ago. And as you are staring at this beauty you notice two deer coming from the edge of the forest towards the deer already standing beside the brook. While the two new deer approach the first, you notice they are smaller than the first, and you understand that they are the children of the first deer. You do not wish to interrupt the family while they are drinking, so you continue to walk until you are at the end of the lake.
Then you see a few small bunnies happily hunting each other underneath some rocks a few metres to the left. They are happily playing on the green, wet grass, but while you're .....

.... is believed that the Sphinx was painted and quite colorful (Guardian 2). Because of the changing desert terrain, the body of the Sphinx has been buried and cleared several times throughout history. In between the paws of the Sphinx is a stela, now called the "Dream Stela", which is inscribed with a story. The story tells of the time that Thutmosis IV fell asleep under the Sphinx which was covered to the neck in sand. Fordham University
.... city. Then I came across Fordham University. After extensively researching the school to determine if it would fit my needs, I began to be convinced that the school would be perfect for me. With small classes, individual attention, and being just minutes from Manhattan, it seemed to have everything I was looking for plus that small-school flair.
This past October my parents and I had the opportunity to visit Fordham. While I was leaning towards applying to Fordham anyway, the visit would be the crucial determinant of which school would be my first choice. After touring the campus and talking with admission counselors, I becam .....

Thailand: My Perspective
.... folk (which they often are), they are also very strong-minded and have struggled for centuries to preserve their spirit of independence.
Thailand’s two coastlines and countless islands attract schools of water babies. Diving and snorkeling are—particularly popular in Phuket. The islands of Chumphon Province, just north of Surat Thani are less developed and the reefs here are practically undisturbed. Touring the islands and coastal limestone formations around Phuket and Ao Phang-Nga by inflatable canoe are always an ever-increasingly popular activity. The typical sea-canoe tour seeks out half-submerged caves, timing excu .....

Indonesia
.... after crushing an abortive communist coup in 1965 and has tolerated little dissent since then. Indonesia currently is suffering its worst economic crisis in decades.
In the past few weeks we have been hearing in the media the East Timor is going through extreme turmoil. The reason for that East Timor is such turmoil is that in the last elections the Indonesia military denounced the independence of East Timor from Indonesia. This caused militant bands going through East Timor killing anyone the can. This caused a mad influx of refuges to leave East Timor. Most of the refuges are fleeing to neighboring islands like Malaysi .....

World War I broke out August 1914, setting France, Russia, Britain, Belgiumand Serbia at war with Germany and the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Everyone assumed the war would be over in a few months.
