Gangs In America
.... and prison. Nobody really can understand that until they live it, and once they had lived it, it can sometimes be to late.
Now of course there are situations where kids join gangs because there is no other way. Often it happens that a teenager is forced to join a gang because he/she has no family. The gangs show these kids a sense of loyalty and belonging. Sooner or later these gangs become their family and they no nothing or want anything else.
Another reason I feel kids join gangs is the whole respect/fear aspect. Often I find it that people equate fear and respect as the same thing. It definitely is appealing .....

Ignorrance Is Bliss
.... seem totally clueless to their own ignorrance. If ignorrance is bliss, than these people must really be happy. Television is definately not the only place to run into stupid people however.
In business class we had an assignment to read and discuss an article titled, "Fatal Attractions". The article discussed the four August deaths of rollercoaster riders. It discussed the reasons for these incidents, settlements recieved by the families, and further impacts the deaths had on amusement parks nationwide. Rapid Population Growth
.... population, pollution is on the rise, making safe water scarce In Asia the population increases by 50 million, the population of Africa by 17 million and Latin America and the Caribbean by only eight million. Africa has the hightest growth rate at 2.36 %(Internet Source). These are places where people need children for work or if they don’t want kids they have no way of getting contraception or to be informed about it, thus making the population grow at an alarming rate. Someone must feed the hungry, with each individual requiring about 2 200 calouries per day unfortunetly of the six billion over 220 million are malnourished.

Hiring Quotas In Employment

Birth Parents Should Not Be Able To Reclaim Their Child

Because of their desire to remain separate from the world, sharing information and new ways of doing things with the Amish can be difficult. Very few have telephones and most do not attend public meetings. Going to their homes, places of business, or schools may be the best method of contact. There may be freedom that cannot be categorized. Freedom does not mean that we can do anything we want. Personal Freedoms

There are some freedoms that we are entitled to but that are violated by others. Take your right to safely walk down the street for example, in some neighbourhoods that is virtually out of the question.
I feel that the freedom to live where I want, go to the school of my choice, wear the clothes I want to, style my hair how I wish, marry who I want, have as many kids as I want, ( as long as I can support them ), safety and privacy in my own home and spend my money as I see fit are necessary for me to lead a q .....
