The Need For Capital Punishment
.... which means that what one person has done to another should also be done to that person in return. Is that not justified, especially in cases of premeditated murder of another human begin, another life? Does capital punishment not act as a deterrent? .... is not a threat to society? A man who values life or a man that deserves life when he seems so eager to destroy it? I certainly wouldn't think so.
Some people believe that the death penalty is wrong, what do you think? Is it OK for a man to commit heinous murders but not OK for our valued legal system, who's outcomes depend on ordinary people like you and me, to decide to terminate that mans life for his crimes to others?

Adult Punishments For Children
.... control one's emotions. What would happen if the courts took away this precious learning time from a youth? The youth wouldn't learn exactly why he was imprisoned. His morals would never be formed correctly because he would never be able to learn society's moral standards.
