The Philosophy Of Life According To Macbeth
.... on what they have to do. This particular philosophy is brought on by the various things Macbeth has went through in his life.
The loss of lady Macbeth must have had an enormous impact on his way of thinking. Lady Macbeth died, apparently, due to her insanity. Macbeth loses his wife, and all he has is as kingdom to rule (tyrannically), with no one by his side. In a way, he did not believe that her life should have been extinguished. That is a factor in his philosophy, that life is short and time is of essence.
Another reason for Macbeth's unique and uncanny philosophy, is that he knew that his time was coming when Birnam Wo .....

Poppy Field And The Ravine
.... impression and color sensation. However, the approaches behind these paintings are quite distinctive. As a result, the contexts of the impressions portrayed are different also.
Compositionally, Monet and Van Gogh spread their landscape onto the entire page and centralized the page with a linear perspective. Their landscapes are surpassing the canvas and surpassing us, the viewers. We are in the image and are participating what the artist wanted us to be doing: looking forward, visually capturing this moment of seeing. In fact, this moment is so short-lived that it is passing by in front of our eyes. Monet’s painting is blu .....

Is It An Open Road?
.... machine that has an “engine technology that will carry me over the racetracks and to private school”. But the color makes me want to see more. Not the usual black or red. No. This car is different. This car is amazing. This car is purple. Not just any purple, but a rich, gleaming purple. The purple only a strong women would drive. The voice continues to say only one more catch. “It’s a million stars, just a moon roof away”. Imagining looking up at those stars on a warm night does it for me. I’m hooked. I want this car.
I had to rewatch the commercial, this time fully conscious and aware, to see what the advertise .....

Imagery In Macbeth
.... ill upon him, like a loose and badly fitting garment, belonging to someone else:
New honours come upon him,
Like our strange garments, cleave not to their mould,
But with the aid of use.
(1.3.144)
The second, most important chain of imagery used to add to the atmosphere is that of the imagery of darkness. In a Shakespearean tragedy a special tone, or atmosphere must be created to show the darkness and blackness in a tragedy. In Macbeth, Shakespeare uses the design of the witches, the guilt in Macbeth’s soul, and the darkness of the night to establish the atmosphere. All of the remarkable scenes take place at .....

Amelia
.... the story. At one point in this scene Amelia tells her parents that they are out of milk. To a person who isn’t familiar with the culture this would seem out of line. She comes off in a rude way which would make her seem like the one at fault to an outsider. The way this scene is perceived could extremely vary from culture to culture.
Amelia’s parents need to make their child feel more noticed and loved. She requires much more attention than what she is receiving. Amelia’s family would be viewed differently by different cultures which makes it a modern type of story. In conclusion this scene deals with a great amount o .....

Shakespeare's Sonnets: Time And Decay
.... with beauty and then time and decay cause it to slowly wither away to old age and death. In the last couplet of the sonnet, Shakespeare gives his friend a way to win the war with time and decay and implant his beauty again. The way offers this is to be featured in his poetry. What better way to “live on” then to be read about for centuries?
The cycle of the year is used to describe life in sonnet 18. Spring equals youth, summer equals maturity and perfection, fall equals middle age and winter equals old age. Shakespeare writes “Shall I compare thee to a summer’s day? Thou art more lovely and more temperate…And summer’s lea .....

Othello's Trafic Flaw
.... The tragic hero is also another important factor in an Aristotelian tragedy. The central character must be noble and have a higher stature than most men. The tragic hero must also have better qualities than secondary characters but must also exhibit flaws. The most important part of an Aristotelian tragic hero is the tragic flaw. The flaw is inborn to the person. He must have that flaw throughout his life and it will play the primary role in his downfall. The flaw can also reflect the tragic hero's background. Another part of the central character is that he is destroyed by himself, not by others, bad luck, or depravity .....

.... been banished. She even says to Juliet: “I’ll find Romeo to comfort you. I wot well where he is. Hark ye, your Romeo will be here at night.” (3.2.138-140) And is clearly telling her to be with this outcast. The Nurse proves to be a traitor when she tells her to marry Paris, “Marry, I will; and this is wisely done.” (3.5.233) She did not guide Juliet on any one specific path, she was not responsible.
Friar Laurence is another example of someone who had a certain responsibility, but did not follow through with it. As part of the clergy, one of his duties is to be completely honest, which he did not prove to be when he ma .....
