The Role Of The Front Office

connected until the caller identifies whom he or she is calling and the hotel
employee verifies the identity of the person in the room requested. A person
inquiring at the front desk about a guest may be asked to use the house phones
so that they connect only to the hotel operator. The caller can then be
properly screened to provideadditional security. Front office staff may also
inform guest's of personal precautions they may take. For example, front desk
agents may suggest that guests hide and secure any valuables left in their cars.
Bellpersons accompanying the guest to a room generally provide instructions on

Izzy Saves The Olympics
.... to talk with one of the many aliens that came out with him.
The alien, whom he called Zork, took out a big roll of paper from the back
of his head. It was some plans! Professor Weirdo was planning to suck all
of the Olympic spirit out of the people of Torch and the people of the
whole rest of the world! I couldn't let that happen.
When he wasn't looking, I ran inside his ship. There was a big shinny
metel thing in the back. It was the Super Sucker! I had to do something
fast so he couldn't use it! There was a lot of stringy wires in the back. I
transformed into a hockey stick to try to cut them. I couldn't cut all the

Should College Athletes Be Paid?
.... by the Detroit Lion's
front office one summer.
Also, if the student athletes feel cheated because their university is
turning a profit from their name and likeness, they are obviously good
players who will go on to play professional sports anyway. They should be
able to wait and in a few years they'll be in a professional league, raking
in ridiculous amounts of money.
College athletes should not recieve income from their universities.
They are already getting a free education and memories that will last
forever.
My Opinion
I do not beleive that college athletes should be paid to play, period.
College athletes shou .....

Smile...Come On...It's Free !!!
.... days; brightened by a simple
"flexing" of seventeen muscle in the mouth. Smiles are crooked teeth,
perfect teeth and everything in between. Rich or poor, black or white, boy
or girl, everyone deserves a smile. Smiles all convey some type of emotion
that is tangible and real. A joy that can be felt and almost held. A
smile is as warm as an embrace but as simple as a sunrise. A flood of
unbelievable emotion can come crashing down on you just from a simple curl
of the lip.
Smiles can be one of the most romantic things in the world. A
communication without words. An understanding of emotions and character.
Even a smile .....

Hell: That Place In Your Mind
.... damnation. It can be everlasting restlessness. It is what
each person makes it out to be for themselves. It frequently is a place
created in Paradise Lost, an epic poem about the book "Genesis." It has a
part that describes Hell as a place of great heat, one where it is
eternally on fire, where Lucifer rules over all. It is a place where no
one would want to be, as the work is never ending, where there is eternal
damnation.
Other people believe hell is not a place at all, but a mindset. If
a person believes in hell, they reason, then that is where the person will
go when he dies. They also believe that Hell is .....

The Discovery Of Pottery On An Archaelogical Site
.... to understand the society from which it came.
Perhaps the most obvious way of analysing pottery is by the naked eye but
its obviousness should not detract from its importance. By observing the
physical attributes of any artefact a great deal can be told of its
manufacture as well as its manufacturer. The practice of typology is of
great use when analysing pottery. By observing the shape and size of any
artefact it is often possible to date that artefact within a specific range
of dates. The size of this range is however not always as accurate as one
might wish it to be. Nevertheless, by using typology an educated .....

The Boss
.... making a decision or an
assumption. For example, when the boss is confronted with the fly, he
doesn't merely think of the fly as insignificant. On the contrary, the boss
examines the fly's actions, questions them, and experiments to find out
more. It is also shown that the boss likes to prepare for the future
through how the boss had been building up his business for the sole purpose
of leaving it to his only son.
So, as you can see, the boss was a fighter. He was a survivor. He
was the type of person to face all obstacles with a positive mind and
resolve within himself to overcome these barriers. However, the boss ha .....

The Enlightenment And The Role Of The Philosophes
.... Bacon, Galileo, Descartes, Leibnitz,
Isaac Newton, and John Locke--who had developed fruitful methods of
rational and empirical inquiry and had demonstrated the possibility of a
world remade by the application of knowledge for human benefit. The
philosophes believed that science could reveal nature as it truly is and
show how it could be controlled and manipulated. This belief provided an
incentive to extend scientific methods into every field of inquiry, thus
laying the groundwork for the development of the modern social sciences.
The enlightened understanding of human nature was one that emphasized
the right to self .....
