Upton Sinclair, he wrote a book called "The Jungle". The book was about the meat packing industry's in Chicago. What would the city of Chicago's meat industry be like without Upton Sinclair? Upton Sinclair was a muckraker in the 1900's, this period of time (the 1900's). Upton Sinclair and The Jungle made a positive impact on the city of Chicago.
