She learns that Duncan is coming to visit her and she calls upon supernatural agents to fill her with cruelty.  Lady Macbeth says “Come, thick night, And pall thee in the dunnest smoke of hell…”  In this quote she is asking the supernatural agents to fill her with the darkest smoke of hell.
