Paul Revere (1735 - 1818) Paul Revere was born in Boston, Massachusetts. He was born on January 1,1735. Little did he know that he would become a great silversmith and a very famous person. Paul was the second child out of 12 other children. He was also the eldest son. He got a wonderful reputation at a very young age. Paul Reveres father was Apollos Rivoire, he was a Huguenot (Protestant). His religious beliefs were not tolerated in France. In 1716 he emigrated to America.
