Juvenile Crime A headline reads, "Teen shot-- parents seek death penalty." In this incident a California teen was shot in a disagreement between him and a fellow classmate. The classmate, it seems, was the others constant victim of harassment, bruises, and bloodied and broken noses. It seems that this teen, this victim of harassment and a bullies toy, decided he wouldn't be bullied anymore. So, the next day, having borrowed his mothers "Saturday Night Special" a .22 caliber pistol about the size of an index card and waited for the bully to approach him before school, and when the bully came, he leveled the .22 pistol at his chest....
