Did you know the adult person drinks about 2-3 cans of pop a day.
Teenagers drink about 3-4 cans a day. But drinking too much can be a real
problem because the dangers seem hidden. Pop may seem like a good
combination with pizza or other salty or fatty foods because the salt in
the food makes your tongue crave sweetness. The sweetness of the pop
compensates the urge and it makes you able to eat more fatty food if you
drink pop. The sugar in the pop is also extremely bad for your teeth. It
can cause cavities and contribute to gum disease.
